VW is always very professional, efficient, and always friendly.

While I appreciate your roadside service, when I returned to dealership to purchase a replacement tire my spare tire was not secured in place and the kit remains out.
Very disappointing someone could did not complete the basic task of stowing the spare tire and tools.
He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Bait and switch with price-get told over text its this and then drive 3 hours to get told oh no its this.. ok I pay the difference, then wait 3DAYS and drive 3 hours back to what IM TOLD is a finished detailed and ready to go car to find a car that hasnt been detailed and maybe ran through a wash, felt like I was buying a car from an auction not a name brand dealership. 0/10.
