Best service I’ve had in years. Really sets the bar for customer service. Very patient with my lack of knowledge of cars. Sam was great too, and calmed me down to explain my complaint(s) and misunderstandings. Great team and I will definitely bring my car back for service.

Came in with a screw in my tire. Was told it was repaired. Woke up next day with same screw still in my tire and a flat. Took it to Les Shwab. They told me there wasn't a patch or other hole. Noting that the same screw must have still been in tire.

Noah deserves a salary on top of hiis wages, and employee of the year. I can't say enough about his dedication to **** Hanna Acura, it's customers, and his experiance. He took over an hour test drive with me to determine the problem, and explained it so I could understand. A person like that makes your dealership the best. And still I have not said enough.
