Elizabeth was enjoyable from the start. Everything went quick and easy, things were told up front. My problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour of me pulling in. I know it’s not always that easy but everything was great. There were a couple small things I enjoyed as well. I had just bought a new used truck so being able to check out the undercarriage while it was up was kinda nice. Props to the small things because those are honestly what matters most.

Elizabeth was a great help!! My only disappointment was the Tanno cover was not what I expected, so I didn’t have them install it. Also I didn’t receive the call from sales or finance about working this out. I called sales today and my salesman had not heard there was a problem.

No problem with the service performed. I was told a two hour service time and appt was 10:30 I text at 12:30, two hours as I had not heard and with propt text reply was told it would be completed at 3 hours so arranged to have shuttle pick up at 1:15 to be there at 1:30. Arrived and was told would be 15-20 minutes more after checking with the tech working on the car. After an additional 45 minutes with 2 more check in with the tech on the car, the service was completed. Very frustrated to be lead on 15 to 30 minutes at a time. I was told that they were down service techs due to illness which is understandable but to have the techs not inform the lead and then to waste an additional 2 and a half hours after being shuttled back one hour after promised service time is beyond any expectation. As much as Matt tried to communicate with the tech, no reliable time estimates could be communicated. I really feel for Matt as he was kind and prompt to update me, but he was set up to deliver poor updates on service status.
Timely and thorough. Close to his estimate. Will use Mat again.
