Matthew is the nicest person I've met in the Toyota service center. I hace felt unwelcomed and rushed in the past by some of the others but matthew for sure didn't make me feel that way! From now on ill be choosing to work with him!

Matthew is very professional, and respected my time. I was there for about an hour for a routine oil change. And he gave me the service for free, due to it taking so long. I must say I was very impressed and that won me over. I will be having future service done on my car through Matthew
