Other than the wheel issue which caused me to return to the a Service Center the day we bought the vehicle, things went smoothly. The financial sales person was a little stuck on whether the issue was covered under warranty which was disconcerting. That said, Liz and her team in Service made the repair a priority AND assured me that they would cover all costs.

Matt & the Tech/Mechanic Sean took care of me 1000%! It was so easy & quick. They inquired as to specifics of my vehicle rather than just assuming I didn’t know. They covered all the bases, as far as how much time I had or if there were any specifics that I needed considered as they worked on my vehicle. They scrambled to get the proper coolant for my VW. To date, I don’t think I’ve had an experience as good as I’ve had today.

Came in to get a tire fixed. Machine broke down. Chrissy was wonderful though. Got my car in for oil change though.

It was my lucky day! It was supposed to take 4 hours for my recalled airbags to be replaced but it took 45 minutes. Matt put 3 technicians on my car.
