No communication. I had to call to get any answers. What was supposed to be a routine service turned in to three days with our car. I had to call several times to get answers and with all the calls I never got to talk to a service tech. Only the girls that answer the phone. My car was supposed to be done by noon and I had to call and complain and was promised twice that someone get back to me. I waited an hour and a half each time with no call. I finally drove there and got my car right at closing. I was not a happy customer. They did however reduce the cost from the estimate.

I had requested to have the rattling sounds be checked, I had even called and spoke with matt and asked if he had a questions. When I picked up my car, no effort was made to communicate that he had not found the problem, yet it still exists. The lus after pick up my car, it will no pair with my phone to access my contacts. I have un-paired it and re-paired, no success.

Thank you very much for squeezing me in. I called earlier in the morning and was told I needed an appointment. I had an emergency and really needed in that morning and so when I arrived I was told no worries, we can take care of everything today. Was very helpful since I do not live locally and it saved me a whole other appointment. Thank you again!!!!
