Oil change was fine, however they listed 5 things that may need to be done because the car has 57,430 miles on our Hilander. He read over the things that were suggested but didn’t explain what exactly needed to be done and why. We called twice about one of the items and nobody could tell us! The first time I called they said they would call back and nobody did! Called the next day and again they said they had to call back! Anyone that is answering the phone in the service department should be able to answer questions about what they had written on the service report. Then a guy finally called back and answered my question. I questioned the price of the cabin filter ($140.) and he said oh, that is a mistake! It’s only $40. This gives me absolutely no confidence in **** Hannah Toyoto in Kelso! I assure you if we had gotten the cabin filter done that day he would have charged the $140. Your advertising motto is **** Hannah is nice but I see nothing nice about cheating loyal customers. We got a second estimate in town and it was half the price you quoted!
