Matt forgot to tell the shuttle driver that I needed a ride home when I dropped off my car. Also, they shouldn't put things on my receipt marked n/c (no charge?) That weren't done.

Don't bother. I have nothing else to say. I will only be back for items covered by the extended warranty. Anything else will be done elsewhere.I don't appreciate being scolded like a child for changing my mind!

I called the evening before & got an appointment at 7am the following morning. I appreciate how quick I got in, had my car serviced & was done in a hour. Renee took time to answer my questions, provide printouts for future services & didn't make feel rushed. I've worked in dealerships they didn't run as smooth as **** Hannah does. I'm happy to be a customer & definitely recommend them!

The car was not vacuumed or washed like they have done in the past. Wich is not my main issue my issue was that not even the sticker in the windshield was replaced to tell me when the next oil change would be I feel like they are getting lazy with the work. If they are missing something as simple as a sticker what else are they letting slip by.
