I’m not satisfied as a loyal Toyota customer with how loyal Toyota is to their customers. We had a service bulletin issue fixed that was 10 years or 150,000 miles. We bought the truck the month that it expired, but it only has 111,000 miles on it. Toyota customer care was worthless on resolving the issue. I have yet to hear from the regional office. There are 3 Toyotas in my driveway and we want to purchase a new highlander or rav4 in two years. I will not be bringing any of our vehicles back. You HAD an opportunity to fix this and you didn’t... in fact- because my wife had such a bad experience at **** Hannah Toyota years ago, the same day that we had my truck towed to your shop- she went to McCords in Vancouver to get her oil changed. We bought our RAV4 for my son a few months ago at Ron Tonkin Toyota and she bought her Lexus from Toyota of Portland. It’s pretty sad when there is a dealership less than 5 miles from our home and we’d rather drive an hour than give our money to **** Hannah... never again. The first experience I had with your service department, I was told I needed a new cabin air filter and a new engine air filter, which I replaced myself 3 weeks prior to the ONLY LOF I will ever have any of my vehicles at your location after this. I am in the customer service business, and I understand where there is an opportunity to earn customer loyalty. Crissy genuinely seemed interested and tried to do the right thing only to be shut down by the suits in your office. What a shame!

The technician that handled my problem was great. Very professional and it was obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his work.

E payne was very nice and helpful and honest , vut as i told her i wish the sales man were as honest , for after buying 6 trucks the last one 18 i did not the two iut right lie's spoken to make 2 sales one onthe bew 18 and 25000.00on the used they promised to fix hood on , she was very helpful , but i do not think i would buy another truck nor recomend any one to buy there for the dishanest i found after buying so nany
