We had a problem that needed to be resolved because of a time crunch to have to have our vehicle repaired before leaving the area on Wednesday. We thought we would have to drop off the vehicle, rent another, and then drive ten hours and another ten hours to pick up our vehicle on Saturday. Everything worked out beautifully and prompt service and attentiveness by Megan to find a way to fit our vehicle in the service schedule and fixed the same day was an awesome thanks to her handling our dilemma.

I have been in twice with you guys and once with the Vancouver dealership and not once has anyone rotated my tires. Vancouver wanted $40 to do it. The wheel key was out of the case and in a secret compartment that was show to me today (which the service person just learned about the day before himself) so I have been unable to do it myself at home. When I mentioned being missing from the case the only solution was to buy a new one for $60 until I pushed back and asked to speak with a manager. Now with only 23200 extremely easy miles on the car you say you will not rotate them because they are too worn and would only give me a quote for new tires. I find this a huge disservice and quite frankly feel like I’ve been ripped off so that you can sell me new tires. In no way should I have to get a set of new tires on a car I bought brand new with this low mileage on it because the dealer wouldn’t rotate them during my regular service which I get done once a year way, under the recommended mileage intervals. I’ve never ever had a tire wear out this fast in any car I’ve ever owned in my 35+ years of driving several vehicles both young and old. Either these are the worse tires that could ever come on a car or I’ve been taken by poor dealership service. I strongly feel like it’s the later. I invite the dealership to contact me and come up with a resolution so I feel comfortable recommending **** Hannah service centers to others.

An included interior vacuum and interior window wash would be nice if it was included for the price of this service. Jiffy Lube does that and I wouldn’t expect that from them but would from a dealership. Aside from that I was fairly happy with my visit. The text communication was great. And Megan was lovely. The quote for future needed brake work seems way expensive but I haven’t gotten any other bids for the work yet to compare it to so there is a bit of sticker shock for now.
