I went in to get my ac services and my 20000 mile oil change. I dropped off the car at 9:45 and was told I would be getting a phone call at 2 with an update. I ended up calling at about 2:30 and was told that my ac/heat were working perfectly and unless I wanted to leave my car overnight there wasn’t anything else they could do. The ac/heat system still do not work at all. I’ll have it on ac with the ac button on and it blows hot are. I had to drive home with the windows down because I was so hot, even with the ac/heat turned off. I live far away and drive far to get my car serviced at a dealership since my family has a vw dealership in Texas and I lease my cars through my brother. I’ve never had a bad experience at here but it was pretty frustrating to be told that I was wrong and nothing was wrong with my car when it’s definitely not working properly. I feel like I will be forced to go back but I’m not looking forward to it.

Usually when I take my car in to be serviced; when it is returned it has been vacuumed and the outside has been washed.

let me say that Megan has done an excellent job of representing **** Hanna Motors very well. It is also a joy to see that Jessica has been promoted to service manager and she too has always done a stellar job in supporting the customer.
