Your dealership has not let me down! I personally don’t agree with all the emissions on the diesel pick ups or big rigs since they were going in the right direction before DEF. I feel that if a dealer is honest and fair, the consumer is more likely to go to the dealer than a private shop! Can you imagine the increase in service business. Communication is poor. The phone call system is terrible- having to wait for specific person resulted in a call back being necessary 100% of the time. (Which took multiple hours to happen) tried to overcharge after providing an exact quote. Did not follow through with follow up timeframe. Overall thought for the numerous issues there were with the entire process that it would have seemed like someone gave a crap.

Darin was great and you had my Jeep for 3 weeks and finally fixed it, I thank you for letting me use your car, but I wash it and filled with gas and I get back my Jeep and it’s dirty and no gas . Wth if you have my car that long and no information on what’s happening at least clean it up no customer service ????

5 stars only because I can't give her 10. Her Customer Service skills are the best I have dealt with in this industry. She dealt with Service Contract Company who flat out denied me 3 times. When I started feeling defeated she would say....they didn't totally deny her yet. After a bunch of back and fourth, she got 5 grand out of them towards my bill.
You have a winner with Jennifer. Keep her and pay her well and your Service Department will out do any other competitor In town.

Staff lost my keys on an Express oil change. We were delayed nearly an hour while they searched for them. This cost is an unacceptable amount of time and there was no attempt to compensate for the loss other than a terse apology. It cascaded into huge delays in the rest of our day and it was a preventable error that never should have happened.
