There is no need for a call back. My only complaint is for $200 a window to replace the seals, I would have thought you might have washed the old melted rubber seals off the windows before returning the car. Especially as it was with you overnight.
Christina’s attention to detail and personal approach are beyond the ordinary. I come to your store all the way from Lake Oswego, Oregon and it’s going to have to be something special to keep me coming all that way. Christina is such an example of why. So is my salesman Curt who recognized me AND remembered my name! Also important to keep me coming back is the comfort and amenities in the waiting lounge included coffee and snacks. (Wish I could have gotten a hard boiled egg.)
Troy is always outstanding! He is knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly! He always goes the extra mile to make us feel special!

I thought my tire rotation was part of the 7500 mile service. A sticker for my next oil change wasn't applied. For customers who choose to wait the 1-2 hours, more than coffee and tea should be offered.
