I had my tires replaced 2 weeks ago at the Kia dealership and after my visit my husband noticed my brakes were extremely loud, which was a new issue. I called and spoke with Christina due to the noise being persistant and considering it started the afternoon of my services. I thought this would be a complementary visit due to it being a new issue, immediately after my service. I feel as though diagnostic fees should have been discussed at the time of the appointment scheduling.
Very happy with the service. My only question was did they stop washing the exterior of the vehicle after service? We received a coupon to take it to be washed I was just wondering if they stopped washing the cars after they are serviced. Other than that very pleased with the service.
Was told on the phone 2.5 hours or less. All I was getting was an oil change tire rotation and top fluids. Dropped car at 1030am didn't get back to it till 4pm. This is totally unacceptable. My floor mats were not vacuumed and I thought I was supposed to be given a car wash voucher which I didn't get. They did not end up rotating tires so all that was done was oil and fluids. This should not have taken 5.5 hours. he did tell me that they were a little backed up I never thought a little backed up meant almost six hours. I had dropped my son off at somebody's house because I was told it was only going to be a couple hours so he was stranded and so was I for way longer then I should have been. I had to even reach out to find out what was going on with my car. This was at three and a half hours and they said they're just starting it and then I did not even get back to my car for another 2 hours. I know that I can pull into a jiffy lube spend a lot less money it will only take less than an hour for an oil change. I'm very disappointed with the service that I received
Christina was awesome. Everything went very smooth which is something that just doesn’t happen much anymore. I don’t agree with having to pay for the rental car when it was a recall situation but overall I’m completely happy that I went to **** Hannah!

He has awsome customer service
Brought my car in for service on some recalls and Christina was great about updating us on what was done and what was recommended to be done to the car. When it was done we picked up our car and on the way home the motor seized. I was stuck on Andresen hill and Pacific towing came and towed car back to Kia. I was very irritated and Christina and Devin helped me understand what was going on with the car. They put me in a courtesy vehicle and told me they would replace the motor because it was covered under an open ended recall. Christina was very professional and nice to work with.
Very friendly, and attentive. Answered my questions and gave excellent advice.
Issue with vehicle not yet resolved, but service was great so far.
She was very helpful and knew what she was doing. It was a pleasure working with her.
