I don’t think it should take 1.5 hrs to do an oil change and tire rotation. If it does then you need to find some different service employees. Then I paid you there and also got a text saying I need to pay. This was by far the worst service you guys have given us. We’ve been satisfied up to today. I also want you to know that I scheduled the appointment instead of doing your express option so that I knew I would be taken care of right away. Nothing wrong with Andrew himself just the amount of time it took to do the service.
