All is good so far! Just picked up car yesterday!

I was going to go to oil can Henry’s for an oil change but decided to go to the dealer instead. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told that my car would be hand washed and vacuumed. When it was done I was given the keys and walked out to my vehicle only to find that it was not washed and vacuumed. They sent it in to be washed and vacuumed and when it returned it was washed, the wheels were dirty and the inside was not vacuumed. Send it back again and finally with my help we got it clean. Driving away I found they had installed new software in my vehicle without my permission. Now the radio does not work. The volume control on the steering wheel and the mode control doesn’t work. The Bluetooth does not connect to my phone and every time I turn the vehicle off and back on the radio stays off. I brought it back to the dealership asking them to fix this. Their response was, oh it’s brand new software. Will have to call Nissan. I am very disappointed in this simple oil change and what a disaster it has turned out to be. Please have the service manager give me a call at ****-****-xxxx. This is completely unacceptable
