Hector Jimenez was exceptional with his service..I habe never been treated like that in the dealership..and today when I picked up the car it was a stain but the manager took good care of me..problem solved and Im very happy.

I’m happy to see not only a familiar face, but Barry is a competent service advisor. He advises me of things that are necessary to keep my car running safely. While he tells me of extras that I could do, he doesn’t push me to for extras. Thanks for good service.

My service advisor Hector was great! But Hyundai is dragging it’s feet about getting my sound corrected, on my radio The new radio was promised to be delivered by June 4 or 5th. Then pushed out to June 19, for a refurbished radio! I’ve spoken to many dealerships, having the same problems recently with the sound on Hyundai vehicles! No GPS sound, no radio sound, no flash drive sound, no phone!

I took my car to have a tire sensor replaced. I was told that it wasn't the sensor, but that I needed 4 new tires. I took my car to a tire store and purchased 4 new tires. I was informed afterwards, that I only needed 2 tires and that one sensor had been smashed. Because your technician didnt bother to check the sensors, I spent unnecessary money and wasted time. This the second time Carson service has been very bad. At this point, I don't believe I will doing any more business in regards to servicing my car with you.

No I was not completely satisfied I am at work right now trying to start the car after I take it back to you guys twice this will be the third time so do I got to contact an attorney or what do I do to get this issue fixed I've only had the car for a month and now I'm stuck at work it's 5 in the morning and the car won't start again so no I'm not happy with the service at win Hyundai
