I was told I would be called about a part that would be coming in. I went in on May 14th was told it would be in that Monday it is now June 2nd I have to keep calling and tracking down if the part has came in or not. I call and get met with the same answer I can’t help you you have to talk to your service advisor.
Hector was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
Barry is the bomb. Always friendly and provides great customer service.
Staff at the service department need to wear face masks properly and appropriately. Otherwise, I was happy with service.

In the waiting room where the show room is I think you’ll need to put out more accessories for all the vehicles that you have so people can see what’s available to put on the cars because the show room accessory area is very empty but besides all that I was very happy with my service
On my last visit was told that they recommend that my car could use new brakes. I went today to have them done I went in with a coupon mailed to my home that front brakes could be done for 269.00 was told by Barry that this coupon for that type wasn’t recommended because they were used parts and it would not be good for my car. He said that the flush brake job and the labor what was costing the most. I don’t know anything about mechanics so I said we’ll get it done right because I wanted to be safe. Ended up with a bill of 602.00. For front brakes only
Please call me I would like to speak to someone regarding this matter. I feel cheated. I bought 3 cars from Win Hyundai and have always serviced my cars with them. I am not happy about this
