Just got my Hyundai, and this was my first interaction with a Hyundai dealership. I feel like I made the right decision in coming to the Hyundai family.
Barry is the greatest worker there. Every time I go in for an oil change or anything I always walk straight to his desk. He’s always so kind & knowledgeable about my car situation! Thank Barry for all your great work!!

The dealership was clean and comfortable fir my wait while vehicle was being serviced.
I was originally going to go to the Torrance Hyundai for convenience purposes but it was impossible reaching a live agent by phone. And they were non-responsive to the text feature to make appointments. I called Win Hyundai in Carson one morning and on the same day that the Win Hyundai service agent invited me to visit. The call was immediately answered and he said, “come on down, there’s no wait right now... we’ll see you soon!” And I’m so glad that I decided to drive the 30 minutes to Win Hyundai in Carson (versus 10 minutes to Torrance). I’d rather drive farther for better service than the 10 minutes for convenience and poor service. And it was Hector who answered the call because he remembered speaking to me earlier.
I bought my car from Hyundai in 2006...from the same location where I come to have my car checked or whatever is needed. Over the years I never had an advisor that take the time and patience as Barry does. I appreciate being able to always have Barry to help me. JOB WELL DONE BARRY!
