Josh told me that the service department would not service my vehicle if I chose to wait in the waiting room instead of getting a ride home and coming back later. I told him that I was fine with waiting since I had my laptop and could work while I waited but the end result was that he told me I had to reschedule my appointment and come back on a day that I could drop my car off. It made no sense and he was extremely condescending and rude. Also, when the other guy at the counter spoke with me, he called me “hun.” It is completely inappropriate and patronizing for a male employee to call a female customer “hun.”

I was so pleased dealing Chandler. He was beyond helpful and very compapleasant. He answered all my questions and ended up giving me a free car wash certificate. I also had a great experience with Katie. She was also very helpful and sweet. I love your staff. They are a joy!!????
