Never received a call back after multiple calls to Mark with no answer and left a voicemail with no call back. I called every hour for 3 hours and was finally told the service area was closed for the day. I should have been given an update and especially been told if they needed to keep my jeep longer overnight. People need their vehicles. I had dropped it off at 9:30 in the morning and only got an automatic text update at 11am saying my “vehicle was in good hands”… makes me think that’s when they finally took it in to look at it. Weekend hours also need to start up again. I have to wait 2-3 months each time to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Also, this is the 3rd time I have to make an appointment for the same unresolved issue of a screeching drivers side window.

Only thing painful was loan car situation. Every associate should walk around and inspect loaner car with customer, notating any and all not normal items about vehicle before customer gets keys...not just try to push customer on so they can go deal with next customer.
