Looking at the paperwork, there were things recommended to be done at this service that were not done. Like changing the brake fluid and the cabin air filters etc…

I was told on both my last visit and this cost that I had nothing wrong with my brake rotors, when I feel vibration, here pulsation, and feel the steering wheel vibrate. I have now had two visits where my problem was not rectified and not once was I asked to ride with the service associate to point out the issue. I am certain there is an issue and want it rectified ASAP.
