Dennis Báez fue excelente pero hoy no estaba. Pero, tuve que regresar hoy con la guagua por un ruido fuerte en el aire acondicionado. Primero me querían dar vita para otro día porque no habían hecho nada con el aire. Me negué y le dije que sí habían intervenido. El joven procedió a corroborar lo que le dije del ruido y lo pasó al técnico que lo trabajó. Le habían puesto el filtro de la cabina al revés y chocaba con las aspas del abanico. No es correcto dudar de lo que el cliente dice sin cotejar.
