Dan Digiovanni was great let me get that straight. Now what I didn’t like was the fact that they kept are car for two months and they only gave us a rental for one week because the warranty covered it, it would have been nice if the dealer would have covered it the rest of the time because it was there fault it was in so long other than that they were great thanks.
Had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. to do back brakes it took 5hrs way to long
Super great service from Bill. He welcomed all of my questions, and didn’t hesitate to answer my concerns about my car. He gave me estimates for things that needed fixing, and when I didn’t know or understand what he was talking about he explained it in a way I could. Overall great service, very appreciative.
Bill Sidener , is a really good employee and sets the standard of what a employer would want. He answers all questions, if he doesn’t have the answer he will find out the answer and inform the customer of facts not a bunch of run around. I’ve been dealing with him a few years now and I guarantee you that nobody does it better. He has the highest of standards that he has set for himself customers get the feeling that he really genuinely cares about each individual case. Keep up the good work Bill you are the man!

I am completely satisfied with Bill’s work on my vehicle. He is personable, remembers me, and understands my vehicle’s needs.
On the other hand the delivery team is unimpressive. After spending $600 on routine maintenance I expect my vehicle to be washed, the paper floor mat removed, and the plastic seat cover discarded. I took care of all those items myself when I walked to the backlot to get my vehicle.

Dan made sure my vehicle was ready for a road trip. I appreciate the service and care I get from Ford in Lancaster.
At first I was told that the calibration of the front camera would be covered under warranty but ultimately I was charged $135.
My car was washed which was okay but the driver seat settings had been changed the settings on the dash changed whatever was used to clean the windshield and side windows left big smears that were nearly impossible to see through in the direct sun.
I want to Thank Dan for being attentive while providing exceptional customer assistance and interaction, as always great service.
