It's been in to your shop a least 5 times, I keep being told you guys have to make more time in your schedule to do anything with it, it costs me Everytime in a rentals, it needs a new engine Bill says, but it's fine for me to drive and pull a trailer why you guys play with my time & money! I get it back something breaks on it, I have it towed over there and it costs me another $300.00+ deductable to get it running enough for me to take my husband's ashes to the mountains, it's been months still not fixed, now I bring it back on the 15 of July to be fixed again, maybe if you have the time and it doesn't breakdown on me while I'm pulling my trailer... Very disappointed in Ford.... It's a same that my husband has always been a Ford man... To lose him and then go through all this... Very dissatisfied!

I was completely satisfied with Dan assurance and the timely service. As far as the maintenance, I’m hearing a noise that wasn’t there before so I’ll be returning to have it checked.

I am very pleased with the service on my Mustang! Dan was perfectly professional and answered all my questions. I live in Ridgecrest and Dan arranged an extension so I could keep the rental car until my car was ready to be picked up at no extra charge! Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to thank Dan personally when I picked up my car, so please tell him "thank you" for me!
