After paying over $10,000.00 for a new motor,
One week later our truck won't idle and I will have to take it back in this Monday to have it corrected. We also paid to have the complete headlight assemblies replaced. I went to throw away the box left in th
e truck with the old headlights, and in the box was the new turn signal assemblies. I almost threw them away. Now I have to take it Back AGAIN!!! to have the job compketed correctly. I bought a new F150 in 2oo2, and a new F250 in August of 2016, both from Antelope Valley Ford. I wil NEVER!!, Again I say never, buy a vehicle from that dealership as long as I live. I will also make sure I notify every person I know to stay clear of that Dealership. You would think after spend $10,000.00 you people would get it right.

Damage to my passenger door after leaving it at the service area for a week. Although we didn’t notice it until we got home. We returned the next day and the service rep said it was incoming damage. I can tell you with complete certainty it was not damaged prior to leaving it for servicing. I’m very disappointed that my integrity and honesty was challenged and cost to repair was denied. It’s not the cost that concerns me (less than $150 to repair) it’s the customer confidence that has been broken by immediately denying to repair. I’m a director for a large aerospace company and I hold customer satisfaction and always providing a positive cultural environment in everything I do. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same result from my service because of this event. Up until this experience I had nothing but excellent service. Experiences drive beliefs and turn into actions results of how your customer will return or not return for future purchase of another vehicle. Wish this could have turned into a positive resolution rather than the results of be denied doing the right thing and repairing the damage.
