Well it took you guys 3 times to figure out what the actual issue was. I understand the part was on a nation back order but to find out I waited a month and a half (after the third time at the dealership) just to find the part would of come in sooner if you submitted another order. Then I had to come back yet again for something that should have been looked at in the first place very displeased with the service and will be taking my business else where from now on

I scheduled an appointment for a recall part. I was told my battery needed to be replaced as well. I said to replace the battery. They did replace the battery, however, upon picking up my car, it would not start. They said it was because my battery post needed to be cleaned and they didn’t do that. That would be extra. They didn’t mentioned that if they replaced the battery, my car might not work, that it would cost another $35.00, to be sure it would start. My husband had to fix my car so that we could drive it home. I know this is not the kind of service I expect. I very disappointed in the service department and my husband was shocked at Dan for his disregard for our vehicle. My husband stated, why take it to Ford, it’s obvious they don’t care if the car is safe or not, it’s just about the money.
