Very professional on point to update with me with all the work done
I'm currently standing in the service parking lot. Is there any possible way that I can just get my truck fixed right the first time? Any possible way that I could have your service representative not treat me like **** when he's talking to me. Is there any possible way I can have a service representative not lie to me about what the problem is? Is he just incapable of doing his job? I lost $2,000 in work last week. I'm currently in danger of losing $30,000 project. And I'm currently being ignored.
Dan always take care of our family. He is always there for what is best for the customer.

It seem like Dan did not want to do the warranty job and tried to say that something I did was the cause of the issue. But at the end the job was covered.

I disappoint that when I picked up my vehicle was dirty I would left happy with a courtesy vehicle wash you got to keep your customers happy. A happy customer is return customer

I was informed that the service would be quick, a couple of hours. The vehicle was brought in at 0700 for a 0730 appointment. I sat in the lounge as instructed and was told I would be notified once the vehicle was completed. A little after 10 o’clock I went to the restroom upon coming out is when I noticed my vehicle parked out front. I went out to confirm it was my vehicle then went back to the service department section and asked if my vehicle was ready and how long has it been ready. I was told about 45 minutes ago and I should have received a text message stating so. I informed Dan I had not received a text. He went to the ladies at the desk and asked if they had text me which they replied yes. Again I stated that I had not received it. His response was maybe there was no service. I asked if he wanted to view all the messages I got from work because I should have been there already. He then blurted out an incorrect number. Which upset me even more, when I scheduled the appointment I provided them with my contact information and even received a confirmation call the day before on my phone. To be honest I hate when I have to bring my vehicles here because the service is always bad
