I trust Bill with my Lincoln, F159 and my Shelby. I don't trust Anyone with my Shelby, but Bill Always makes sure it is serviced correctly, is brought back to me when promised, clean, done right, and without a scratch. I'm a retired Service Manager/DSM. I would regard Bill as a credit, and valued member to a dealership. He's always polite, highly competent, friendly, and professional. If he weren't I'd certainly so. He is the reason I take my valued vehicles to Antelope Valley Ford. Superior service.

I think that $40 to install a filter is excessive and I’ll probably look for another dealership to service my truck.

It should not take 7 weeks to repair my truck. I think its terrible that there is only 1 diesel mechanic to work on all the diesel trucks . I will not bring my truck back to your dealership again

This service originally started early June. There was a huge error made by the parts dept. Bill worked numerous times to fix the issue. After several attempts we asked for the service managers help. She helped Bill find the correct part and today it is finally fixed. Thank you

To start with phone calls to schedule service were not returned. Once I was able to schedule an appointment l was told to give them half a day. It took all day long to complete the service. We dropped the truck off at 8:30am. Service was not complete until 4:30pm. All in all it was a very disappointing experience. Adrian seems like a good guy, but there seems to be too many breakdowns in the system.
