We ordered parts for our 2010 Fusion and they came in fast and Lancaster Ford installed all of our parts. The car looks beautiful and everyone was very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful job.

My service tech Bill is great as always. However my experience with your cashier girl Morgan was not as pleasant. She does not greet you. She stares at you until you give your name. Then when asked if something was completed she just keeps repeating “that is part of your package unless you stated otherwise”. Like a robot. That is not an answer. I wasn’t sure if the tire lock was the correct one if they would get rotated or not. She should have asked the service advisor if she wasn’t sure. Just like I ended asking Bill. People spend a lot of money on their vehicles we should at least have someone who is pleasant when we check out. I recommend she be moved to somewhere she doesn’t deal with your customers.
