Becca did a fantastic job and I appreciate her hard work. I can't say I was completely satisfied since my van scraped a pole due to a tech driving it into one. Minus that, it was a great experience.

I was late getting to the appt because of the thunder storm but you checked me in and took care of the recall issue. I just wish that the person who was supposed to call me and let me know that the part was in had followed through and actually called me.
