Becca always goes above and beyond. I’ve been bringing our vehicles here for service ever since we bought our first Honda around 1975. I like working with Becca because I know I can trust and rely on her. I like getting to know a couple of service folks and develop a working relationship with them. Becca is one of the two I always ask for. You’re lucky to have her on your team.

The guy didn’t put my coupon on my ticket. After paying I had to ask about it once I noticed. He said he would “credit” my account there at the service department. So I should have a 70$ credit next time I go in. Feel like I’m gonna have to fight for it.

kept my car for 5 days they cannot find out what is wrong with my car. Just spend 579 dollars with out any good readily. Now I can even feel a sound when my car just start

I ask for a oil change. Went to pickup vehicle and they stated they rotated tires. I did not ask for that and I just had them rotated last week at peerless. Funny thing is I had one tire marked from last week and it never moved. I was very unhappy about this. Also it took 5 days to get in for a foul change. I've never had to wait more than a day. Needless to say I most likely won't be coming back.
