Everything was great except the seating in the lounge area. Please replace or add some seating with firm seats and pieces that one can touch the floor with one's feet. The pieces you have are very soft, too wide in the seat area, etc. so I always have a backache when I leave there. I suspect other customers do too. Everyone waiting there today was slumped down in very uncomfortable positions or laying on it to sleep. Better seating would be so helpful! Thank you.

I don’t usually have to wait as long as I did today. My low tire pressure light came on and I stopped in with my vehicle around 1:30 and it wasn’t ready for me to pick up until almost 6pm.

I came in for a oil change, tire rotation and balance. I had a appointment at 3:15 for these services. I didn’t leave into 5:30, I was fine with that because I needed it done, after everything was finish, they told me they forgot to tell them I wanted a balance even though I asked for one. I get in my car and it’s still saying maintenance Required which makes me feel like I may not have gotten a oil change but was charged for one. The women that came out and fixed it was very helpful. My maintenance required continue to come on and off. She told me to come back if it does but I live on fort Riley and don’t feel like I should have to keep coming back for them to fix something that should have gotten fixed the day I got my service. Probably won’t be coming back, I may just try firestone from now on, until I find another Toyota dealership.

Took almost an hour and a half, resets were not completely done and or back to original state. Cabin filter was given to me again ( second time). In my opinion if the cabin filter is part of the 10,000 mile maintenance visit even if it doesn't need it change it anyway. Same thing happened with my last car. I've owned 3 Toyota and not sure if I've had a good service visit yet. Are all the dealership service centers run the same? I may have to go to a different one to find out. Shouldn't overbook appointments then short change someone. I live an hour away and my time is worth something.

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled transmission fluid change and airbag recall. When checking in at 9:30 a.m., I specifically stated it should ONLY be the transmission fluid, and asked if the technicians could look at my sliding doors due to opening/closing issues. I was told it should take a few hours. By 3:00 p.m., I had not heard from anyone so called for an update. I was told the main work was complete, but the doors were still being diagnosed. After two-three more non-updates by 5:00 p.m., I returned to the shop to wait for my vehicle. At 5:15, I was told it was done and the what the issue was. When checking out, I found out that the transmission fluid was NOT changed, but that an oil change had been performed. We had just had our oil changed within the past two weeks with brand specific oil. I was rescheduled for the transmission fluid, and when my husband called the shop, we were given a credit to compensate for the oil we had recently put in.

We live two hours away so I scheduled this oil change/tire rotation appointment two weeks in advance. We were happy with the work done, but disappointed that it took an hour and forty minutes to complete.
