I had scheduled an appt at 10:45am...I waited in the lobby. I was informed I would be notified when completed. My truck was finished well before 1:00pm, but I did not recieve a call until 3:00pm. I thought, while I sat there looking at my truck that maybe more work needs done, only to find out that it was completely finished the entire time. I stayed in the lobby for 2 1/2hrs waiting before finally getting a call. I'm sorry, but this was poor customer service. So, not only did I miss a full days work, thinking I would be finished at least by 1:00pm, I did not even get a Toyota ball cap and maybe a heart felt, "I'm sorry".
An expectation had been set that there would be a courtesy shuttle service to take my wife home after she dropped the vehicle off, that shuttle did not arrive until well over an hour later. By that time, responding to the text message saying the vehicle was finished, I had myself been waiting nearly forty minutes. The rude and disrespectful attitude my wife and I received has definitely made up our minfs not to return.
When I called to schedule my appointment I asked how much it would cost. I was told the oil change and tire rotation fee, and expect to pay 28.00 and 15.00. I’m frustrated I was not told the cost would be 76.00. We will not be returning for any business in the future with Little Apple.
