No documentation of damage for insurance claim. Poor follow through.
We appreciate you fitting us in without an appointment you service was much better than the 2 Toyota dealers we contacted in Denver. Their service department was rude and condescending. They considered us new customers and said the first appointment was 2 weeks away

We made an appointment a week in advance for simple log and tire rotation.However when we arrived the lady working at service desk was very snotty and not welcoming whatsoever. She said we were down to drop our car which was wrong. We drove from Council Grove and we were to wait for the car. Very snotty she informed me it would be at least 2 hours. And that was doing me a favor. The whole 1st experience was this way. She shouted our name and I signed paperwork to leave and I had to ask were car was parked. She said right outside the doors. Well it was halfway across the lot. When we got there and got in there was a half drank cup of water left in it. I don’t normally complain. But I was in the new and used car buisness for 20 years and found the dealership atrocious. It honestly started on the sales floor. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. I can say we had always did buisness with Sharp before now and we’re very please. We wanted to try you guys simple because you were closer.
I was not impressed with the efficiency and value of my time during this service trip as it took 90 min to complete just a tire rotation and inspection (no oil change). I had a scheduled appointment, not a drop off fit me in as time allows. I don’t think it should take anywhere near the length of time to complete that routine servicing.
I made my appointment over the Internet. When I entered the service building, your service agents made me feel like a second class citizen, and she continued to ensure me I would be put at the bottom of the list which I was. If I want to be treated like an idiot because I use the online service scheduling as advised by the telephone message, I will be sure to come to come back to Little Apple Toyota Honda. Otherwise, I do not ever plan to be as insulted as I was today. Thank you.

I had rodent damage to my vehicle and when I called the service department and they were able to work me into their schedule. When I brought my vehicle in they were able to complete the repairs in the same day. Vic is always very helpful and lets me know exactly what is being done to my vehicle. The Little Apple Service Department is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!
