Little Apple Toyota Service has had more customers than maintenance technicians making the waiting time longer but it's worth it. I was loyal to this location in the past during my husband's station @ Ft. Riley and will continue to be upon our return. The customer service representatives are honest, straightforward, and I enjoy seeing familiar faces. Thank you for your time and courtesy!!

was in for service earlier today for my 10000 mi inspection and asked to have the service department replace my battery terminals with supplied battery terminals and crimp on new lugs to the battery cables, removing the stock Toyota connections. I was quoted about $60 in labor and charged for about $80 but I understand sometimes things take longer than expected and was fine with it. However when I returned home the workmanship I found was unacceptable. The ground side was completed correctly with a brand new soldered lug and looked fine. The positive side of the battery was another story. Instead of cutting and replacing the lug as was done on the negative side, the technician bent, drilled out and cut through the OEM connector. Another connector on the positive side had been cut through and the wire was hanging by a few strands.
Overall I ended up paying $105 for something that I had to service as soon as I got home. In addition I'm not sure why one side of the battery cables seems to be done correctly and the other side seems to be a hack job or how it was allowed out of the shop with that level of workmanship.
As always, everything with my vehicle was perfect. But it would be nice if when the person driving gets out that they put the seat back.

Had an appointment for an oil change and t/r. Took about 9 hours to get my car back. After picking it up, it had a strong odor or chemical fumes in the car. Not happy with the service today.
