NO RETURN CALL WANTED. I called Litte Apple a couple weeks ago to bring in my vehicle to have an airbag recall corrected and decided to get the oil changed while I was there. I arrived yesterday to drop my car off at 7am. I was under the impression I needed to have the car there at 7am, upon arrival I did see on the door the opening hours of 7:30. It is quite possible I misheard and wrote down the incorrect time. However, I arranged a ride to bring me to the facility at 7am, and there was someone sitting inside working when I arrived. He saw that I walked up and waited at the door, and chose not to acknowledge me. As I had a ride for 7am and not 7:30, I hoped to let him know I could leave my keys in the vehicle and be available at opening for a phone conversation if needed. Instead, I stood there for fifteen minutes while two other employees came to the door and walked away, still with no one acknowledging me standing outside the door. Finally, after knocking for the third time, he came to the door and told me I could leave my keys in the drop box, which I was more than happy to do. In fact, had I known that was an available option, I would have simply done that when I arrived. Instead, I stood outside the office door for 15 minutes while 3 employees inside watched me and chose not to acknowledge a customer. When I later received a phone call about needing my brake pads replaced, I considered how I was received earlier in the morning and decided I would not spend my money at Little Apple. Today I took my vehicle to a different service provider in town to have the brakes replaced. My family will not be returning to Little Apple.
