I had an appointment, and I came about 10 mins ahead. My appointment was for oil change. I spent there about one hour and have. I really didn't like that. After an hour, I asked them when my car would be ready. They told me a few mins. And It was about 30 mins!!

I have driven a Toyota for the last 14 years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with the Little Apple Toyota service department. They always are very professional. This is the reason I will always come back for my next vehicle purchase. Toyota has great service!

Becca was outstanding, above and beyond, in customer service. When your dealer did not have the part I needed, she searched out the part I from another Toyota dealer, in another city and then searched out a way to get it picked up and delivered to the Manhattan dealer as quickly as possible. Her efforts were outstanding and so appreciated. I had just had a treatment for back pain issues and needed to get home (75 mile drive), and she made that possible with her diehard commitment. She was amazing, she is a valuable asset to your company.
