Customer service is always so great when I come into get my vehicles serviced!
Typically when I bring my car to be serviced they are so careful about keeping my floor mats clean by putting down a paper mat. Today that did not happen. When I picked up my car I was very unhappy with the excessive dirt and foot prints left on my floorboard and carpets. I was unhappy with the lack of care give to my vehicle. I am kindly requesting that increased attention is given to this situation at my next visit.

I had told three people that this oil change was free. People added/confirmed notes in the notes section multiple times. Still, I was asked for me to pay in the end. So frustrating! Plus $70 for an oil change? I can get my oil changed and tires rotated for $50 at other places with superior customer service. The service nor experience was not worth $70. I will find an alternate location.
Matt was very rude to my wife and I during two separate calls. When I arrived the next day and spoke with the assistant manager, Matt didn’t realize I was sitting at a table five feet from him. He spoke with the Assistant Manager in a derogatory manner about me and I could hear every word he said. I am disgusted by his lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I have been a Police Officer for over 22 years and fully understand how poor customer service can have a negative impact on an organization. I will take all of my future business to Conklin Honda in Salina, even though it is a further drive.

We attempted to start our Honda Clarity when it was plugged in. This put the system into a condition that needed to be addressed similar to the accessory mode. Based on what we have learned, we needed take out foot off of the brake and push the start button. If we had been told that over the phone, we could have implemented the instructions and the car would have been back to normal.
The Honda instructions on the car were to push on the brake and push start. The Honda instructions were not correct.
