I had just washed my truck and detailed it. There was a paper mat in the truck pushed aside and footprints on my black weather mats that could have been wiped off and motor oil on the outside drivers door where the door was shut. Please pay close attention to keep the car or truck clean if it comes in that way. Thank you. Vic and Matt are outstanding with customer service and they make you feel you are special, help and answers all your concerns.

Didn’t report all maintenance status ie fliuds filled, possible wear or condition of possible future needs, tire condition etc. Always has been done in last 20 yrs. Maybe he was new or Very busy. Only words spoken were” sign here and here” then gave me the keys and copy of service.
