Saturday Vic called me to say he had time to checkout my head light issues that day rather than me waiting till Tuesday. I live close to Little Apple Toyota so I immediately drove it to the Service Department. When Vic called me to announce that he had discovered the issue and corrected it...and the car was ready for me, I was very pleased. Somehow the lever on the steering column had been dialed off of Automatic. Thus no lights!
I am so glad he started there in his examination of the car. It was a quick fix.
The service department was unbelievable rude and was trying to push me around. They also didn’t rotate my tires like I asked, but instead insisted I just said to check them, they proceeded to fight with me about it. Also I insisted my oil be changed on three separate occasions within one conversation and the gentleman said “fine if you want to waste your money I guess I will take it.” We are extremely dissatisfied and will not return for service or to buy a new vehicle.
Service Department is always very courteous and helpful. Since my husband passed away, I completely trust them to guide me in the care of my car. Thank you!

Customer service could use some improvement. Every time I go there it doesn't feel welcoming. I don't remember ever getting a greeting of the day at a minimum. Services always seem to take longer than they should. Complete explanation of the services provided does not happen. Everything seems like a **** to the employees.
Great service that is why I drive from Topeka to get my car serviced there.

If you set an appointment for service then that is when the vehicle should be worked on. Otherwise there is no point in setting up the appointment. My vehicle was scheduled for 8:15a drop off and when I called at lunch to see if it was ready to pick up I was told that nothing had been started on it and it wouldn’t be ready until late afternoon. This is a frustrating issue when I was trying to coordinate with my family. I understand that you have a busy service dept but your customers also have busy schedules as well. Hopefully this won’t be the same for every service experience at Little Apple.
