Waste of time and money. .I was supposed to get an itemized estimate or so I thought. .I had to ask several times for the guy to write down what was recommended to repair my daughter's car...I thought the whole point of paying 135.00 dollars for a diagnostic service was to get a detailed report of what repairs were recommended? Complete and total waste of time and money. I'm very disappointed but I'm sure you guys don't care so I don't even see the point of this survey. .but you asked so here it is.

I recommend you ask the customer if they would like their vehicle washed after service. My truck was washed after my service. I would be embarrassed if I handed off someone's "washed" vehicle back to them in that condition. I normally refuse the free car wash offered because they always seem below par, as this one was.

My service manager was ausome and very courteous, but the conditions of waiting area is terrible. The air conditioning was broke!, and waiting see was in direct sunlight. Restrooms needed attention. Will continue to have car serviced there because of service rep, but seriously do something about cleanliness and air conditioning. I bought my car there and want to continue supporting your business but need a comfortable place to wait.

The service was horrible from the beginning. I had to argue to get a rental car because the service department took 4 days to get back to me for my warrenty to cover this! The USB port I requested to have fixed still doesn’t work and skips my songs when used! I was insulted by management by them attempting to twist my words until finally I said for them to take me to court and we can play words games. Eddie the service manager was the ONLY one that addressed me with respect and assisted my needs. However, I will never return and NEVER buy a Chrysler or Jeep or Dodge ever again!
