Never called. Only a text. If the vehicle is done don’t just do a text from a spam number
Went in for alternator replacement and some my radiator hose started leaking which cost me a extra 200.00

They had the car for 3 days couldn't fix the problem. Never called me back with status. I called 4 times and even at 455 and when i said who i was i was gung up on. And when I called back there was no answer. The worst service I have ever had
Again Brad went out of his way, and put his clients first and ensured work was completed and he followed up with me through the whole process. I come to pick my vehicle up and again he puts himself out there and washes and ensures truck is clean before pickup.
