Jose provided excellent service and stayed in contact with us through out the entire process. He took the extra effort and time at the end to wash my car for me which is not required. It was much appreciated. I always recommend Perris Dodge to my friends.

I was not greeted when I walked into the Service Dept even after I said Goodmorning to two staff in the room. I felt unwelcomed. I had a scheduled appointment for my car that day and I was told I had to come back next week. This made me disappointed and upset even more. I was told that a diagnostic is going to be done and it would take several hours to work on the car. A diagnostic was done but I was told to come back again for the repairs. This never happened before with other auto shops I have gone to. I am very disappointed.
