My truck is asking for a Oil Change and it haven’t run for 1,000 miles and I took it back and you guys still want to charge wen it was you’re Fault!

If I wanted any updates on the status of my jeep, I had to call him! They didn’t want to help me out with a rental car even though there parts were on back order. So I took my business to Temecula! I got updated on every little change that was made, me rental car was completely covered with out me haveing to ask... and when I found the little oil leak, they gave me a rental car and FIXED the problem. Not puta bandaid on it!!! Temecula has customer service figured out! Maybe you should ask them for som pointers!

Jose was very professional and kind. He took the time to answer all my questions and not rush me out the door. He was polite and respectful towards me. I noticed that even though the phone was ringing he did not like other places rudely tell me to wait. We need more people like Jose in the job field. I also want to acknowledge the guy that greeted me when I walked into the office. He was kind and respectful also. He quickly went and got Jose to help me. Thank you and I will definitely come again.
