Chester provided excellent service today. He listened to my concern about an outstanding issue with a broken wiper blade arm, tried to fix it himself, and when he couldn’t fix it he ensured the part was ordered for replacement as soon as possible.

Dustin answered a few questions I had about the type of oil used in my Rav 4. I liked the fact Heartland uses Mobil one. Dustin also pointed out that the Rav 4 uses 20 w synthetic oil and no other oil is used in my vehicle.

Bre was great. Lorna or parts failed to order parts so no strut replacement today. Have to make another trip to Bremerton for the service I needed. Waste of my time.
