Great customer service by Michael. He told me the service would take 1.5 hrs and he came and got me from the waiting area 3 minutes shy of 1.5 hrs which I really appreciated. He was right on.
He clearly explained what my RAV4 needed done and gave accurate estimates as to cost and the amount of time they would take. Couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional.
Mr Wright was excellent. Explained the complete 90k service to this old guy. Recommend throttle service for my car explaining why so important for life of car. Very knowledgeable and kind. Could not do enough for me. Kept texting me all day to let me know progress of job. Just a true professional— even helped me to my car and explained the oil sticker in window and apologized for not washing my car!! Great guy!!

Due to being unable to afford a warranty for a vehicle I purchase I am still paying for a car I can not drive due to an engine failure that makes it unable to drive then rejected my financing for another car making it so they keep my immobile car, I'm still marking payments and I'm unable to actually get anywhere.
All because I was too poor to get the warranty
Ryan has done it again. After several trips to the dealership, Ryan’s no bs approach and straight to the point attitude is refreshing. He doesn’t bore me with how’s the repair is coded or with Toyota might say. Dude checked me. Fixed my truck and got me out.
This was a very challenging time for the dealership without electricity ! Austin was very helpful and apologetic about the situation. He gave me his card and best guess that things would be back to normal by about 12:30. When I called at 1:00 P M he invited me back to have my servicing done. I was very happy to have it completed that day without having to make another trip.
I very much appreciate Ryan fitting me in for a last minute oil change. I had an appointment scheduled a month and a half out, but called to work in Idaho with a few days notice... and could wait. Thank you Ryan!
Worst service ever had. After waiting almost 3 hours for a simple oil change I had to go and ask about my vehicle. Was 1st told power issues were the cause? Power never went out while I waited. Then after asking about the status took another 20 minutes, and was told my work order got misplaced and it was ready.
I know where the completed vehicles get parked and looked every 15 minutes after the first hour and a half and it was not brought out until the 3 hour point, which is ridiculous for the simple service.
Dustin is personable, knowledgeable and customer service focused. Truly a pleasure to interact with! Thank you!
