As far as a service I was quite satisfied Mike was very interactive and available he did a great job. Glad I was able to get everything done in one stop shopping so to speak. I only intended on doing the 60,000 mile maintenance but you’re able to Denna find my battery was bad and replace that. You’re also able to identify that the tires were close to being baldAnd I was able to get those replaced also thank you Jeff

I was satisfied with the staff. They were helpful and do a great job. The unfortunate problem is finding out that an appointment is 6 weeks out. One rep even told me to take it to Tacoma for faster service. I prefer to shop local but it may be a thought if the lead time stays that way.

I've never had to tell them about my maintenance plan until I was being charged $92. They did look it up and redid the paper quickly and apologized.

I called on Feb 22nd to schedule recall work to be done for 2 open recalls. My appointment date was March 22nd. After the 4+ hours that it took to remove my airbag emblem, I was told that the parts for the other recall still needed to be ordered and that I'd have to come back at a later date. I live an hour away. The service department had a month to get the parts for a known issue. I am not happy that I have to potentially waste another day. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, I'm just really frustrated by this huge oversight.

Small thing, but did not reset my oil minder nor did I get a window sticker to let me know when my next Oil Change is due. Other than that and running late it was pretty good

Mike was very pleasant amd helpful. He proactively provided me with details and pricing for my vehicles repairs as well as went over potential repairs needed. Mike was very communicative and I feel that he went well above and beyond. He easily made this my most pleasant experience at West Hills (Not I that I have had any unpleasant ones.) When I called, I didn’t know exactly how to ask and explain what I was looking for. Bob was so helpful! No matter how stupid I felt asking questions, he somehow knew what I was trying to say! He was patient and had a great personality! When I got off the phone I felt I accomplished what I needed to; but would not have been able to without his help!
