My company labeled vehicle was driven aggressively by your service technician. While I was apologized to, and given a small financial discount, I’m not sure that we can trust our vehicles to be serviced there. Also, prior to the social media complaint against my company regarding the aggressive driving. I had to call to find out that the day after my car was supposed to be done, the work hadn’t even been started. I feel that’s something I should be contacted about, not me following up to find out why I hadn’t been notified it was ready yet.

I was very disappointed that all of my safety recalls were not completed as promised by FCA . And the dealership prior to my appointment and agreeing to have the service work done! Shortly after paying my Bill and leaving the dealership , Alex Defilliipi contacted me to let me know I could bring it back in the Morning and it could be completed! Thank You for restoring my faith in this dealership!

Darcy did a fantastic job. The only problem I have is when I scheduled my maintenance, I asked your call center if there was any outstanding maintenance for my Gladiator. They said there wasn't. Darcy took the time to double check and found an outstanding recall as well as additional maintenance that was required. So give Darcy a raise and please train your maintenance call center some training

It was Great,Austin was very quick to get my car set up for service and made sure that my rental car was ready....I am very eased with the all round Professional Service by everyone that is a part of the Service team....Well Pleased!

Austin was a big help and was nice. He informed me with what needed to be done with my truck other than the oil change. Some of the software recalls were able to be fixed today. He also kept me informed on the time and how long until it was finished.

Brian did an excellent job he was friendly and courteous and my track was done in half the time I expected to be there I would also like to say I wish my truck was vacuum out and washed like you used to do before I was a little disappointed that service was not available in a more but once again Brian did a great job and I appreciate the work that he did in helping me get out of there quickly

Darcey Beeson was amazing at her job! I honestly enjoyed every conversation that we had and she had such a joyful and uplifting personality! She greeted me with care and was patient when I was busy! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better as she made me want to do all of my business with you guys! Unfortunately the problem I had come in for was not fixed and I’m still trying to figure out what to do with my car! Darcey encouraged me to to call her directly if any problems came up and said she would make me a top priority! Thank you Darcey for the amazing service!
