I had just bought the van on Monday, needed the key fab and seat belt untwusted to be able to use it for the grandaughter. I didn't call for an appointment, but was still serviced. Thank you for the help and the customer service was very accommodating.

The customer service I received from Mike Jones and Bryan King was nothing less than 100% Outstanding, but the only issue I had was that I had made the appointment February 8th and March 2nd was when I was told to bring my vehicle in. I had also called and to to a technician to see if the part I needed to have my jeep fixed was in stock and he said yes. When I dropped my jeep off at 9:30 and informed Mike that I had used a code reader to tell exactly what the issue was,but yet I was not able to pick up my vehicle until 3:30 and was told I'd have to bring it back the next day to be repaired. I dont understand why it took almost 7 hours to use code reader to do an hour or less amount of work. Bryan King, was able to convince me not to take my jeep to another repair shop,but I feel that overbooking and/or lack of prioritizing repairs can put customers in dire straits regarding their jobs or family responsibilities.

Darcey was outstanding! She was a great greeter and company representative. Darcey answered all of my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. She even gave some great recommendations for other that could benefit my family and I. I highly recommend Darcey without any reservations????????????????

The job wasn't done correctly it took 5 1/2 hours when I was told in our half 2 hours tops...I dropped vehicle off Monday for detail- supposedly that got done. Was told I'd receive a call Tuesday morning about the unfinished work from Saturday and received call at 1230 pm Tuesday 03/02 telling the vehicle"may" be complete today but basically don't count on it

I am blown away at the difference between service at West Hills Honda vs West Hills Dodge. The obvious difference aside (I have a Dodge, not a Honda) the culture of the service folks was completely different. I was fully informed and listened to the whole way without aggressive attempts at upselling. It helps some that the Dodge service area is much larger and quieter than Honda, but without the right people it wouldn't matter. Y'all are doing it right and I look forward to my next visit!

After having the same issue on two other occasions. They were able to get my car to repeat what was happening. He was very helpful and understanding with our frustration. He say my car from beginning to end of work and truly wanted my car to be safe for me to drive.

Oil and filter change and fuel filter went great. I asked for tires to be rotated. The tires were not rotated. They told me they did not have the lug nut key. Mine was in the truck. This is the second time this has happened at your location.
